John Logan has an eye for the big picture and uses that sense of purpose to lead Mirbeau's team in developing new properties. He draws upon his twelve years of hospitality management experience including seven years with Mirbeau Inn & Spa, managing its expansion and renovation projects. Prior to joining Mirbeau in 2004, he founded and acted as president and CEO of a successful e-commerce fulfillment and distribution company in Baltimore, Maryland.
Christopher Pulito
Chief Operating Officer
With nearly 15 years in senior management at four- and five-star hotels and resorts, Chris Pulito is an expert at creating "the luxury experience". His vision has impacted every property he has worked with, from independent hotels in the Preferred Hotel and Leading Hotels of the World portfolio to luxury properties with the Four Seasons and Rock Resorts. Before joining Mirbeau, Mr. Pulito was the director of spa operations for the Four Seasons in Manhattan, New York.
Matthew Dower
Executive Vice President
When he is not tackling financial projections or finding ways to maximize profitability, Matthew Dower makes his mark on the finer parts of hospitality operations. He brings unparalleled attention to detail, leading teams to ensure guests are catered to in every way possible. Prior to joining Mirbeau, Mr. Dower worked in hotel management and spa operations for the Fairmount Turnberry Isle Resort in Miami, Florida and the Red Mountain Resort in St. George, Utah. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s Masters in Management and Hospitality program.

Gary Dower
Principal
For several decades Gary Dower has been a visionary and executor, developing hospitality and commercial projects across the United States. He has led the successful development, financing, ownership and management of more than six-million square feet of commercial real estate and is a principal partner with The Pyramid Companies, the largest developer of regional enclosed mall shopping centers in the Northeast. His expertise in seeing a project from infancy to completion is what has made Mirbeau Inn and Spa what it is today.
Linda Dower
Principal
Linda Dower's designs boast a sense of sleek sophistication and warmth all at once. She has been instrumental in creating the Mirbeau brand, seeing the process through from research to concept development. She manages all aspects of interior design for Mirbeau Inn & Spa projects. Prior to her work with Mirbeau she made her mark as an interior design consultant in Rochester, New York. She has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Syracuse University.
